“Terminal 5 is Now Working.” That’s what we heard. We also heard that Terminal 5 is like the bermuda triangle of bags. Although to be fair, the problem wasn’t that the bag was lost at the Heathrow end, but because of a problem with the sending in Milan. And it was on the next flight. However, when I went back in to get the bag (her bag, not mine) then I saw the true face of Terminal 5. Lots of people were waiting for their bags, bags were on wrong belts, and the staff were used to people coming in to look for lost bags.
So, London was just that. An airport and a bus trip to Cardiff, our final destination.
