Tetsuwan Atomu (Astro Boy) #1

This is the Sunday Comics edition, which the Dark Horse English version is based upon.

There is an introduction first published in 1975, with a brief history of machines and robots, and a cameo of Osamu Tezuka before introducing Tobio, Dr. Tenma and Dr Ochanomizu. Then the first story (although not chronologically the first) The Hot Dog Corps, from 1961; also with an introduction by Osamu Tezuka. The final story (which is quite short) called Plant People, also from 1961 and introduced by Osamu Tezuka fills out the collection.
